A One of a Kind Boutique
Max’s Minneapolis Boutique is a one of a kind boutique who’s owner has spent decades traveling in search of unique, not massive produce art, jewelry and even chocolates to entice the most discerning tastes. While art is a very personal thing, she has the ability to understand form and function to appeal to many taste and personality types. Her glass and wooden selections are stunning along with
unique hand made jewelry. Unfortunately she doesn’t sell online but if you are ever in Minneapolis you’ll have to stop by.
Minneapolis has many things to offer to many people, the shopping is wonderful, culture events, plays, dance theater and even skiing. When I was in high school my dad took me to Minneapolis on a business trip with him. He was a pilot, in those days working for Western Airlines, after a day of shopping the next day was my first-ever ski trip, right in Minneapolis. I don’t remember the name of the resort but it seemed like it was close to down town. I wonder if it is still there? I haven’t been to Minneapolis in the winter for 30 years but the summers are great with much to see and do. Whatever else you do don’t forget to check out Max’s Minneapolis Boutique, they are located at The Shops at Excelsior and Grand I St. Louis Park, which is a fun place to visit.
When the owner of Max’s was asked why she doesn’t sell online, she said she wanted to be able to keep a good selection of one-of-a-kind items and that makes mass selling difficult. Something personal that just you own or give as a gift is a special gift, hand made by artist who are passionate about what they make and do and it shows in the art they create.
