The first time fasciitis struck my right foot, I thought I had injured myself during my morning jog. Christmas is a great time of year because it helps me to put more energy thinking about others instead of thinking about myself.  Friendships seem to strengthen as we do nice things for each other and serve.  Family relations also become stronger through our family dinners and Christmas gatherings.  For many of our family and friends, Christmas is the one time of the year that we get to see them.
