A healthy body is not only important physically, but is important emotionally and mentally as well. Whenever I’m eating right and exercising consistently, I feel a tangible impact on my emotional and mental well-being as well as my physical stamina. Like most kids, I didn’t feel a huge need for consistent exercise when I was younger. Playing with friends or playing sports as school was enough. It wasn’t until I took an aerobics class in high school that I began to see the importance of good nutrition and consistent exercise. During that one hour class every other day, I experienced a real improvement in my physical and mental well-being. In the years since that class, I have tried to make an effort to keep up consistent exercise patterns. Unfortunately with exercise, it’s easy to lose motivation.
