Weight Loss Pills, the Good and the Bad
We live in an age where there are more dieting programs that most people can keep up with. From fad diets like Atkins and Southbeach, to those that have been around for years, such as Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and Nutrasystem, the numerous diets floating around the country today are more ubiquitous than ever.
One relatively new dieting fad that can be useful, but also potentially dangerous, is the growing trend of weight loss pills, from Hydroxicut and numerous caffeine based pills to prescription only solutions such as Phentermine and Adipex. While many people use these weight loss pills with no harmful side effects, there are some pretty significant dangers associated with them as well.
